2026. Hard to believe.
I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who trusted us with their properties and rental searches this past year. It genuinely means a lot.
Looking back at 2025
It was a good year. Busy, but good. We helped a number of families find homes in Worthington. We kept our owners’ properties occupied and well-maintained. We handled the usual challenges: late-night maintenance calls, move-out surprises, and everything in between.
No major complaints. Well, maybe one: I still haven’t figured out how to clone myself for busy season. Working on it.
Looking ahead
The Crosswoods apartments are expected to open this spring. That will be interesting to watch.
The market seems stable. Interest rates are what they are. People still want to live in Worthington because the schools are excellent and the community is welcoming. That hasn’t changed.
We’ll keep doing what we do: taking care of properties and people like they’re our own.
A personal note
Took the family to the New Year’s fireworks in Old Worthington. It was cold, but worth it. I really do love this town.
Alright, enough reflection. Back to work. Here’s to a great 2026.
